Where It All Started
A small problem that refused to stay small.
ApnaServo was created by two friends, Dijendra Mallah and Pinku Chetry. At the time, we were PG mates, sharing the ordinary routines, uncertainties and ambitions that come with trying to build a future.
One night, at around 2 AM, we were simply talking about life, work and what the future might hold. During that conversation, Pinku mentioned that the AC in our room had stopped working. We tried to find someone reliable who could repair it, but quickly discovered how difficult it was to find a trusted local professional at the moment we actually needed one.
It was a small, everyday inconvenience. But instead of leaving it there, we began to look at the larger problem behind it: people need dependable help, skilled professionals need dependable work, and yet the two often struggle to find each other.
“What if finding trusted professionals could be as simple as ordering food online?
That single question became the foundation of ApnaServo.
More Than Just a Home Service Platform
ApnaServo is not only about booking an electrician, plumber or AC technician. Its real mission is creating opportunities. Instead of waiting for opportunities to come, we decided to build a platform that creates them for others.
Across India, thousands of skilled professionals complete ITI courses, vocational training and technical education. Many have real talent and years of practical experience, but still struggle to find consistent, dignified work. ApnaServo exists to bridge that gap.

As PG mates, Dijendra Mallah and Pinku Chetry saw these gaps closely in everyday life: finding reliable services was difficult, while capable professionals often lacked consistent opportunities. Instead of only talking about what was missing, we decided to take responsibility and build a practical solution ourselves.
To us, entrepreneurship means solving real problems with patience and accountability. Our goal is not simply to build another startup, but to create trust, open meaningful opportunities for skilled people and make everyday life easier for the communities we serve.
