Service pricing is determined by the service professional based on the customer's requirements, location, materials, and scope of work. Customers and service professionals may discuss and finalize pricing directly through the platform's communication features. ApnaServo does not currently collect, process, hold, transfer, or manage payments between customers and service providers. As payments are handled directly between customers and service professionals, ApnaServo is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes
• Pricing disagreements
• Refund requests
• Cash transactions
• UPI transactions
• Bank transfers
• Financial arrangements between parties
• Customers are advised to confirm service charges, payment methods, and work scope before proceeding with any service.
• Any refund, compensation, adjustment, or payment-related resolution must be discussed directly between the customer and the service professional.

• Review the quotation, work scope, payment method, and service expectations before approving any service.
• Ask the service professional for clarification if pricing, materials, or timing is unclear.
• Service availability, estimates, and arrival time may vary by location, work type, inspection, and professional availability.
